Cutting Machine
Cut the big acrylic sheet into customized size for every project.
Metal profile cutter
We have rich experience on cutting 45°, the gap can be 0.3-0.5mm!
Polished machine
Polish the acrylic edge for LED sides to reach high light efficiency.
Corner cutter
Cutt corner to fit the frame or structure more well.
CNC engraving machine
This machine special for groove or irregular shapes or holes.
Laser engraving machine
Also for groove or irregular shapes or holes, but polished already once finished.
Laser Dotted Machine
5 machines are imported from Italy. 4 machines are domestic brand.
Max.laser width: 2500mm(98.5”), wireless length.
We will achieve high luminous and high evenness through: adjust the laser header height, laser machine power,laser design file for every customized project / size / shape.
Dust free Workshop
Our products have very high requirement for a dust-free environment,where there is light, there can be no flaws.
We paste the reflector or diffuser here, then CLEAN them !
SMT and Soldering
We do customized led strips for each order by ourself to control the lead time and quality well.

Capacity: 1000-2000pcs per day
Fast lead time: 3-5 days for sample, 7-14-30 days for bulk order
